Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation More than 24 Hours in Advance:
• Customers must cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund.
• In the event of weather affecting our ability to perform the service, we will reschedule the appointment. After three unsuccessful rescheduling attempts due to weather, a full refund will be triggered. The customer can then book a new appointment if desired.
2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Appointment:
• If a customer cancels within 24 hours of the appointment, regardless of weather conditions, only 50% of the original payment will be refunded.
Service Satisfaction
3. Unsatisfactory Service Claims:
• If a customer is unhappy with our service, they must submit a claim on our website.
Vehicle Condition and Information
4. Vehicle Clutter:
• If the vehicle has too much clutter, we will cancel the appointment and no refund will be offered.
5. Vehicle Information Match:
• When booking an appointment or purchasing a plan, the vehicle’s year, license plate, make, and model must match the details provided. If there is a discrepancy, the appointment will be canceled without a refund, and we reserve the right to ban the customer from future services.
Pricing Plans and Appointment Booking
6. Appointment Notification for Pricing Plans:
• Customers who purchase our pricing plans and have appointments booked for them will receive a week’s notice via their specified email. Cancellations within 24 hours will be considered as a finished service.
7. Customer Responsibility for Booking:
• When customers buy our pricing plans, we will ask for an estimate of the times and days their vehicle would be available at their home or work address. We will try to fit the services into our schedules based on weather and the availability of our detailers. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to book the appointment themselves if they want services. Services are subject to availability and weather cancellations.
Service Interruption
8. Interruption During Service:
• If a customer needs to use their vehicle while we are providing services, our detailers will not resume, and no refund will be offered. Regardless of the pricing plan or regular booked service, if the customer wants the services to resume, they will need to book a new appointment for the full service.
Address and Access Issues
9. Incorrect Address or Vehicle Unavailability:
• If the customer provides the wrong address for the appointment, or if the detailer is unable to find the vehicle at the specified address and cannot reach the customer, the appointment will be canceled without a refund.
• If the service includes the vehicle’s interior and the detailer cannot access the vehicle, and the customer is unreachable, no refund will be provided.
10. Rebooking for Pricing Plan Customers:
• If the customer has a pricing plan and we cannot find the vehicle, we will work with the customer to rebook the appointment for another time.
Company Rights
11. Right to Cancel Appointments:
• We reserve the right to cancel any appointment at any time.
This policy is effective immediately as of 07/06/2024 and applies to all customers and services provided by our company.
